We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition. Orders damaged in shipping must be reported within 7 days of receiving product. The Gift Shop must be notified within 90 days if a return or exchange is desired. The item needs to be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. In store purchases or mail orders that you are unsatisfied with must be returned or exchanged at customers expense. To return, please send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post.
