What are your business hours that I can call and talk to someone?
The Redlin Gift Shop is open Monday – Friday 8 am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday noon to 4pm. We are located in the Central Standard Time. You may also contact us with any questions or concerns through email at service@redlinart.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is processed within 48 hours on in stock merchandise. Please allow five full working days for delivery of your order through UPS.
How will my order ship?
We ship all our online orders through United Parcel Service (UPS) with the exception of Alaska or Hawaii and military APO addresses. These are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
What is your return policy?
The Gift Shop must be notified within 90 days if a return or exchange is desired. The item needs to be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. For your protection, insure the package for its full value. COD’s are not accepted. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

My item arrived damaged what do I do?
Notify us immediately of any damage to your merchandise. Please keep all packing as the shipping company may want to pick up the package for investigative purposes for claim processing.
Will I be charged sales tax?
The Redlin Gift Shop is located in South Dakota so we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to locations within the state of South Dakota. If your order is shipping to a location other than South Dakota, no sales tax is charged.
How can I track my order?
When we ship your order UPS emails your tracking number to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you did not receive the email please call us toll free at 1-877-873-3546 and one of our gift shop associates will be happy to provide you with your tracking number.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover for online purchases. If you do not feel comfortable with purchasing through the website please call toll free at 1-877-873-3546 and our gift shop associates will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Is my credit card information safe when I place an order through your store?
We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal credit or debit card information, including the account number, while it is transmitted over the Internet between your computer and our website’s servers. SSL is the industry standard technology for secure online transactions. Encryption is a sophisticated method of "scrambling" data.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order after you placed it, please call 1-877-873-3546. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders. If the order has been shipped to you

What if my artwork is damaged during shipment?
This rarely occurs since we carefully box every item using special packaging materials that are designed to protect art. If you do receive art that is damaged, save the item, the damaged box, and all other packaging material - and contact us within 7 days at 1-877-873-3546. We will do whatever it takes to make it right!
Do you have a printed catalog?
We no longer publish printed catalogs. We add new prints to our web site daily, and are constantly expanding and updating the listings.
Color Matching:
Colors of images as viewed on a computer monitor will never exactly match the full size framed prints. All images on our site are provided by the print publishers. Returns due to inaccurate color are subject to our standard return policy.
How do I order by mail?
